Divine instructions to live by, in Year 2020
(6) Know, and don’t forget that God does not fail and He will never abandon His children.
This is very crucial to your journey in life.
Several verses in the Bible tell us that God will never leave or forsake us.
Joseph was abandoned by some people, including his brothers, and he could have felt abandoned by God, but he knew that God was with him despite his situation.
The Bible confirms this in Genesis 39, verses 2, 3, 21 and 23.
The Lord was with him.
But now thus says the Lord, He who created you, O Jacob, He who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. (Isaiah 43:1-2 ESV)
I pray that this year brings everything that will make you smile in Jesus name.
