LET YOUR LIFE BE A PICTURE OF JESUS
I came across this song shortly after I gave my life to Jesus in February 1985 and it quickly became one of my favorite songs and everyday prayer.
If you are a Christian, you are supposed to reflect Christ. People should be able to know that Christ lives in you by the way you live and talk, not only in church but also outside the church: at work, home, everywhere.
In my novel WITH THIS RING, when Grace, a single Christian lady became pregnant, her aunt told her, "To be a Christian is to follow Christ, but I’m sorry to say, you and Albert did not follow Him. Rather, you smeared mud on His name."
Therefore, put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness. (Ephesians 4:24)
