(257 ) Accept who you are and be happy
In my novel YOU FOUND ME, Sam told Ann, "You've seen photographs of my family. You know I come from a very humble background. If I had a say in the matter when I was being born, I would probably choose rich parents, but I didn't have a say. I wasn't consulted." He smiled.
He continued. "I don't have regrets though. I have a wonderful family and I love them very much."Dear child of God, you need to know who you are in Christ, and see yourself the way God sees you. Accept who you are, your uniqueness, complexion, looks, background, etc, and move forward in life.
If there’s something that you think you need to change, change it. Work on improving yourself by all means, but the things that you have no control over, don’t let them bother you and don’t let satan hinder you in any way. Put your trust in God.
Accept who you are as this will bring joy and freedom.
Don’t compare yourself to others, it will rob you of joy.
…… When they measure themselves by themselves and compare themselves with themselves, they lack wisdom and behave like fools.

Don’t look down on yourself, and don’t worry about what people might think of you. You don’t quite need their approval, God’s approval is what matters.
