There are things you must do daily, to develop your spirit in God.
If you’re born again, your spirit which is based on your relationship with God is your strength.
How you look or what you possess is not your strength.
Here are some of the things you need to do regularly to develop your spirit, which is your relationship with God, which is your true strength, to face life’s issues.
1) Pray everyday.
As a child of God, you must pray daily. Let’s see some scriptures
My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord ; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.
Psalms 5:3 KJV
Let God hear your voice in the morning, talk to Him before you begin to talk to people. Pray early in the day.
And Abraham gat up early in the morning to the place where he stood before the Lord :
Genesis 19:27 KJV
Abraham got up early in the morning, to stand before the Lord.
It’s not easy to do some of these things, but you must discipline yourself to do them, in order to develop your spirit, which is your strength.
And Jacob rose up early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put for his pillows, and set it up for a pillar, and poured oil upon the top of it.
Genesis 28:18 KJV
Even Jacob rose up early in the morning.
Another person who got up early in the morning was Moses.
And he hewed two tables of stone like unto the first; and Moses rose up early in the morning, and went up unto mount Sinai, as the Lord had commanded him, and took in his hand the two tables of stone.
And the Lord descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the Lord .
Exodus 34:4-5 KJV
Moses got up early in the morning, as the Lord commanded him.
And the Lord’s presence came down, and God spoke to him.
And Jesus rose up very early to pray.
And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.
Mark 1:35 KJV
I’m encouraging to learn by disciplining yourself, to get up early in the day, pray, and receive directions from God.
