Our children dwell in the secret place of the most High and abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
They say of the Lord , He is our refuge and our fortress: our God; in Him we trust.
Surely He shall deliver them from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
He shall cover them with His feathers, and under His wings shalt they trust: His truth shall be their shield and buckler.
They shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
A thousand shall fall at their side, and ten thousand at their right hand; but it shall not come near them.
Because they have made the Lord their refuge, even the most High, their habitation; There shall no evil befall them, neither shall any plague come near their dwelling.
For He shall give His angels charge over them, to keep them in all their ways. They shall bear them up in their hands, lest they dash their foot against a stone.
They shall tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shall they trample under feet.
Because they have set their love upon Him, therefore He will deliver them: He will set them on high, because they have known His name.
They shall call upon Him, and He will answer them: He will be with them in trouble; He will deliver them, and honour them.
With long life will He satisfy them, and show them His salvation.
